簡介:進入新世紀以來,我國整個職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展的形勢喜人。新一屆政府以及我們各級主管的領導,對職業(yè)教育都非常重視。但是整體上職業(yè)教育的理念、思想、辦學以及人才培養(yǎng)模式,還存在不少問題。部分教師教學手段與理念比較滯后,對學生素質的評估模式也較為單一并且缺乏有效的激勵措施。導致學生人格缺失、學習積極性受挫,能力與用人單位要求相去甚遠。面對日益嚴峻的就業(yè)形式和用人單位對人才綜合素質要求的逐步提高,如何在職業(yè)技術教育過程中運用合理有效的手段解決上述難題,使職業(yè)技術教育真正適應市場的需求為社會提供更多,更優(yōu)秀的人才已成為現(xiàn)階段職業(yè)教育工作者必須要解決的問題。本文采用歸納和對比的研究方法,對與課題研究相關的職業(yè)技術教育原理和組織行為學、人力資源管理中的激勵理論進行了闡述。在熟悉和了解國內外職業(yè)教育發(fā)展歷程及特點的基礎上,參照國外職業(yè)技術教育的先進經驗與特色模式著重對我國職業(yè)技術教育原有課堂教學環(huán)節(jié)、學生素質評測模式中存在的問題進行了分析與研究,通過實際教學案例中前后效果的對比分析,針對當前職業(yè)技術教育的特點,分別提出了適合于日常教學的激勵模式和一套能有效激發(fā)學生學習積極性,加速能力培養(yǎng)并最終能準確加以評估的綜合評價體系。

簡介:I摘要近年來,永川區(qū)各級黨委、政府及有關部門認真貫徹黨中央、國務院關于大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的決定精神,加強了對全區(qū)職業(yè)教育工作的領導,職業(yè)教育得到了快速持續(xù)發(fā)展,辦學規(guī)模迅速擴大,辦學質量和效益明顯提高,服務經濟社會的能力顯著增強。但從總體上看,職業(yè)教育仍然存在一些問題經費投入不足,基礎能力不強,發(fā)展不平衡,辦學機制及人才培養(yǎng)的規(guī)模、結構、質量和效益還不能適應經濟社會發(fā)展的需要。為了改變職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的困境,本文試圖從職業(yè)教育的基本原理出發(fā),來對永川區(qū)職業(yè)教育作詳細的研究,以期對今后一個時期職業(yè)教育發(fā)展有所貢獻。本論文共分六章,在第一章介紹了本文的選題理由大力發(fā)展我國職業(yè)教育的必要性職業(yè)教育的內涵和特征。第二章介紹了永川區(qū)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第三章歸納了永川區(qū)職業(yè)教育當前存在的主要問題。一是永川區(qū)職業(yè)教育管理還跟不上職業(yè)教育形勢的發(fā)展,二是教育資源不足,三是管理上較少關注學生的心理健康,四是校企聯(lián)合的辦學模式未能得以很好的實施,五是就業(yè)準入制度落實不力。第四章探討了職業(yè)教育國內外研究現(xiàn)狀與國際經驗對我國的啟示。第五章針對提出的問題提出了永川區(qū)職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展的一些對策與建議。一是加強統(tǒng)籌管理,進一步確立職教的戰(zhàn)略地位,二是加大對職業(yè)教育的經費投入和加強師資培訓,三是加強學生管理,關注學生心理健康,四是增強企業(yè)對職業(yè)教育的參與意識,強化校企聯(lián)合辦學模式,五是加強就業(yè)準入制度的落實和規(guī)范。第六章結論。關鍵詞職業(yè)教育,教育體系發(fā)展對策
